Funding for Latino, Native and African American students who are interested in pursuing careers in finance, non-profit management, business, law, marketing and journalism. The amount ranges from $1000-4000. Students must have a GPA of 2.9 or higher, be returning to full-time student status in the fall, or be a first year law student. Students must also have proof of a job or internship in their field of interest prior to the application deadline. GHP requires award recipients to travel for at least two weeks in a country other than the one in which they worked. |

This federal organization provides scholarships to undergraduate students who want to study in countries outside of the U.S., Western Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. In return, students must agree to work for the federal government. Full-year study abroad programs are encouraged, and summer-only programs are limited to Freshmen, Sophomores, and all engineering and applied sciences students as long as the program is at least 8 weeks in duration. Applications are due in February. |
