Christopher received a Fulbright Scholarship to study Composition for Screen
at the Royal College of Music in London. Upon completion of this program
he moved to Los Angeles to work in the entertainment industry. One of his
first
composing jobs was on the 20th-Century Fox feature “X2: X-Men United.” Since
then Christopher’s work has expanded to include national ad campaigns
for Puma and Verizon, as well as work on films such as “Lilo and Stitch
2” and “Imaginary Heroes.”

Anna Veit hails from New York but has lived on and off in the Bay Area since
1998. A graduate from Stanford University majoring in Product Design, she currently
spends the majority of her time as a designer/design coordinator at Pottery
Barn and off and on in her art studio working on acrylic paintings and stained
glass clocks.

Malka is the Managing Director of
the newly-created Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society
at Stanford. Previously Malka was the Executive Director
of Community Focus, a nonprofit organization she founded
that brings together the public, private, and nonprofit

several years as a Program Officer at the William and

Grants Analyst, Firelight Foundation
Britt works with Firelight Foundation,
a private philanthropic foundation that partners with
nearly 250 community organizations in sub-Saharan Africa
to serve children affected by HIV/AIDS. Britt joined
Firelight in 2004 as a recipient of the Tom Ford Fellowship
in Philanthropy. A Grants Analyst, Britt helps Firelight
and its grantee-partners better document, evaluate, and
share their work. Britt also works with the grantmaking
team to support a portfolio of partners in Kenya and
Zambia.

spent ten years as Assistant Attorney General for the
